Support

Need help with a plan, a family conversation, or a review of your existing structures? Our support team helps families and business owners get clear next steps without pressure. We work from Stellenbosch and meet clients across South Africa in person or by video.

How we help when things feel complicated

Support starts with a clear conversation about what you are trying to protect, who depends on you, and what must happen if life changes. That might be a will that needs updating, a trust that needs cleaner administration, or an income plan that must hold up through retirement and market swings. We help you sort the practical parts first, so there is less noise and more clarity.

Many clients come to us after a family event, a business sale, or a move between provinces. Others just want to check whether their current plan still makes sense. Either way, we keep it simple and structured, with no pressure to sign anything before you are ready.

Support for families, founders and trustees

We often work with people carrying more than one role at once. A founder may need to think about staff, shareholders and family members. A parent may need to balance care for children and support for ageing parents. A trustee may need practical guidance on what the trust deed says and what must happen next.

  • Estate Planning and Will Coordination
  • Trust Structuring and trustee briefings
  • Retirement Income Planning and plan reviews
  • Asset Mapping and Liquidity Analysis
  • Family Meetings and Succession Facilitation

When you need a review, not a sales pitch

Some clients contact us because their current plan has drifted. Maybe an asset was sold, a beneficiary changed, or a business partner passed away. Sometimes the paperwork is there but the family has never spoken through the details. That is where a proper review helps.

We look at the moving parts, explain what is working, and point out gaps that could cause delay or dispute later. You get practical guidance, not product pressure. If there is a weak point, we explain it plainly and map out the next step.

What to bring to your first support meeting

Bringing the right papers saves time and helps us focus on the decisions that matter. If you do not have everything, that is fine. We can still begin with what is available and build from there.

  • Your current will, trust deed, or estate documents
  • A list of assets, liabilities and business interests
  • Any existing investment or income plan summaries
  • Family details, including dependants and intended heirs
  • Questions you want answered before the meeting ends

Clients in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Paarl, Johannesburg and Durban often send documents ahead of time so the meeting can focus on the decisions not the admin.

Where support is available

Our base is in Stellenbosch, and we support clients across South Africa through video consultations and planned meetings. We regularly assist families and owners in Cape Town, Paarl, Johannesburg, Durban, Somerset West and Claremont. For many clients, a video meeting is the easiest way to keep momentum when diaries are full or travel is not practical.

We also understand that timing matters. Some matters need quick attention after a death, a business event or a family change. If something is urgent, say so in your enquiry and we will guide you on the next practical step.

A calmer way to keep the plan in order

Support is not only for emergencies. It is also for the quiet work of keeping a plan current year after year. That means checking beneficiary nominations, reviewing trusts, confirming liquidity, and making sure the family knows where to find key documents. Small checks now can prevent larger problems later.

Our aim is steady guidance that helps you carry wealth forward with purpose. No drama, no rush, just clear support for the decisions that shape the next generation.
