Careers

Working with us means helping South African families and business owners make careful decisions about wealth, succession and legacy. We look for people who bring steady judgement, respect for clients and sound attention to detail.

Why people join Pass It On Create

Our work is practical and personal. One week may involve a family meeting about how assets should move to the next generation, the next may be a trust briefing, a beneficiary review or a retirement income conversation. We value clear thinking, calm guidance and the ability to listen properly.

People who do well here are comfortable with sensitive topics and understand that good planning is not about pushing products. It is about helping clients make decisions that hold up in real life, across changing family structures, business interests and tax considerations.

Roles we hire for

We do not keep a fixed list of vacancies on this page, but we regularly consider people for advisory, technical and client-facing work across our Stellenbosch base and advice areas. Depending on the business needs, we may look for experienced specialists or people growing into the profession.

  • Estate planning and trust support roles
  • Wealth advisory and retirement planning support
  • Client service and administration
  • Family meeting coordination and case preparation
  • Workshop and planning support

What the work involves

Much of the day to day work is careful preparation. That can mean gathering documents, mapping assets, reviewing beneficiary nominations, checking trust structures, or helping prepare a succession conversation for a business owner in Cape Town, Paarl or Johannesburg. Accuracy matters because small errors can create bigger problems later.

We also work with clients across Durban, Somerset West, Claremont and nationwide through video consultations, so strong written communication and organised follow through are important. A person who can keep matters moving and stay composed under pressure will fit in well.

Skills and qualities we value

Formal qualifications help, but attitude matters just as much. We want people who are trustworthy, practical and willing to work through detail without losing sight of the family or business behind the file. Local knowledge is useful too, especially where municipal rules, property records or cross border family issues come into play.

  • Clear communication in person and in writing
  • Careful handling of confidential information
  • Comfort with numbers, documents and deadlines
  • Good judgement in sensitive family situations
  • Respect for process, compliance and client care

How to apply

If you would like to be considered for future opportunities, please send your CV through the enquiry form on our contact page and tell us a little about the kind of role you are looking for. If you have experience in estate planning, trusts, retirement income or client service, mention that clearly so we can route your details to the right person.

We review enquiries as opportunities arise. If your background fits what we need, we will be in touch to discuss the next step. Please do not send your application by any other route.

The kind of team member who thrives here

Our best people bring patience, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility. They are comfortable working with families during important transitions and they understand that a legacy conversation is often tied to grief, business change or the future of a household. That calls for maturity, not noise.

If you want work where accuracy matters and people come first, you may find a good home here. We are a Stellenbosch base with South African clients and a practical approach to generational wealth, so the pace can be busy but the purpose is clear.
